Responsibilities : Maintaining the financial accounts of the Society. Filing the accounts and annual return with the Charities Commission and the Gift Aid Return with the HMRC. Producing the annual budget.
Honorary Membership Secretary
Mr Giles Orpen-Smellie
Responsibilities : Maintains the Members records. Manages Membership subscription renewals and new Member applications. Prepares mailing lists for the distribution of the Journal, or any other SAHR publication. POC for data protection matters. Manages member access to JSAHR archive in JSTOR.
